Bay Cliff Health Camp has received a $25,000 donation from the 13th Annual Island Resort & Casino Charity Classic Golf Tournament. Camp Director Tim Bennett (third from right) accepts the donation from tourney director Dave Feathers. Joining in the presentation on the 18th fairway at Sweetgrass Golf Club are (from left) committee member Dennis Grall, Island General Manager, Tom McChesney, and committee members John Hiller and John Dagenais. More than 12,000 youngsters with disabilities have attended Bay Cliff since 1934, with 180 attending this summer. The Charity Classic has raised more than $270,000 during its existence for area charities. |
