Reservation Policy
  • Credit card required to reserve tee time.
  • Groups less than 4 should expect to be paired up with other golfers.
  • Please arrive 20-25 minutes prior to your tee time.
  • NOTE time zones for each club: Greywalls and Sweetgrass Eastern, TimberStone Central.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled tee time. If a tee time or a change in the number of golfers is not cancelled within this time frame, the guaranteeing credit card will be charged and a rain check will be issued.
Rain Check Policy
Rain checks will be issued based on the
number of holes played:
1-5 holes: 18 hole rain check
6-13 holes: 9 hole rain check
14-18 holes: No rain check
Rain checks issued can only be used for future golf or
redeemed for promo cash. Rain checks expire in
one year of date issued.
